The sea view room was really good. The rooftop pool is a little bit small but it's okay. Nice view from the sky bar.

Room was average. Sheets ripped and stained, however that's why it's cheap. Sheets and room were clean.

Overall great, fun & relaxing stay.

The check-in was relatively quick. The pool/view is amazing. The location is also great.

Breakfast / hotel food menu is very poor and overpriced for what you get.

Over priced .

Location. That's it.

Room was the size of a prison cell. The house keeping service was poor. Despite claiming they can speak English, the reception desk attendants could not understand any requests I made and were very rude. Seriously these people need lessons in hotel management and hospitality. Look elsewhere.

Don’t book this hotel if you are claustrophobic.

Location ... view from sea facing rooms is good.

Rooms are extremely small... I mean really really small... it’s even difficult to move around... the sink is right next to the bed. There is no table/chair or cupboard in the room or kettle for making tea/coffee. I think there are better hotels for same price in the area.

Family friendly

Clean rooms, modern design, elevator access, roof pool, roof restaurant is a very nice location for breakfast.

No Thai food for breakfast - all western choices. Van reserved to meet a tour, but van was 30 minutes late and missed the tour. 2 separate buildings, pool on roof of building B. Breakfast and bar on roof of Building A.

Nice place to enjoy Firework festival

Good location for International firework festival and very close to the beach and central festival pattaya. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfy.

Worse hotel.

I did like that they gave me credit for 2 nights that we paid for. But I will never use it.

The pictures were deceiving. The rooms were the size of a shoe box. Ended up moving hotels and lost 1 night of the booking.

Too expensive for what you get. Extremely small rooms with minimal ventilation. Misleading pictures. Staff was not very friendly or eager to help when asked to help with a thing as simple as a travel company

Never again!!!

The location and that's it.

Where do I start? Premier room looked out onto a wall. WiFi is very poor and cut out constantly. Key card did not work properly and air con and electric kept cutting out all the time. The sky bar was empty probably because it sells way overpriced cocktails. Probably the smallest Bloody Mary I have ever seen served in a martini glass. You could here the next door guests fighting. If I we're you I would try and stop in the sister hotel across the road. We stayed there last year and it was awesome. Unfortunately it was booked out this year so we gave Serenotel a try. Never again!!!

Tiny cupboard of a room.

Actually it's a choice between matchbox and prison cell it's that tiny. Even the furniture is smaller including the bed. Ever wanted to sit on toilet and be able to wash your hair in the shower at the same time? Well you can here. Shower room is so small that the basin isn't even in it. It's in the bedroom. You can sit on the edge of the bed and have a wash. No where to put your clothes as not enough room for a wardrobe and no seating as bed takes up over 50% of the floor space. If your a hamster you'll adore it but otherwise this is one to completely avoid. Seriously. Oh and some of the electrical switches are of the waterproof type. Reason being is that they are close to water (shower/basin). Again due to the room being so small they can't get the sockets far enough away from water for them to use standard switches. When I'm lying on the bed my head is against on wall and my feet are under 2 feet away from the tv on the opposite wall. Claustrophobic is an understatement.

Not recommended for family with kids.Very small rooms. But the location &Facilities are very good.

Very Small room. Difficult to stay with Kid. No space to move around the bed. Bed is also small, not king size.There is no wardrobe to keep the luggage or dresses. handwash basin also next to bed, while washing face or hand, bed area can be wet.
